Investor Weekends

We run a series of Investment Weekends throughout the year.

The Investor Weekends is a 4 day trip to view the developments you may be considering . It will help to familiarise yourself with the development as well as the local area, and help you to visualise your completed property and its surroundings. The whole weekend is arranged by our team so that you can focus upon getting the most out of your trip.

The weekend begins on Friday, when you will be met at the airport by a member of the team, and taken by coach to your hotel. After checking in and settling down, the activities begin. At the welcome meeting, we will give you an introduction to the country and to our company. We’ll also run through the itinerary for the weekend.

On Saturday and Sunday you will be viewing the developments on offer. During the evenings we will organize a group meal in a local restaurant, so investors can get to know each other and our team a little better and ask any further questions. mainly this is an opportunity for everyone to relax and have a good time!

Monday morning rounds off the trip with a final question and answer session and you will have the opportunity to commit to a specific property whilst our advisors are on hand to help you through the process.
After lunch on the Monday, you are taken to the airport by coach for your return flight home.

The weekend is free to you, we will provide the accommodation and refreshments during your trip – you only need to book your own flights there.

Reserve your place on an investor trip

To book a place on one of our investment tripsall you need to do is check that we have availability (our tripsare immensely popular and fill up fast), and then book your flights. Once you have booked your flights, we can then book your place on the trip.

The trips can be for any potential investors – whether you have only just decided that this may be the country for you, and want a general overview of properties available. Or whether you know exactly what property on what site is the one for you and you are keen on seeing it in person. Additionally, if you reach your property and then decide that it’s not for you, the weekend is your chance to switch to a preferred plot. It can even be a chance to leave the development if you are not happy. Whatever your needs, the weekend can be of great benefit to you.
